Just a note our Sani Vite packed up on Saturday morning. I called you and your engineer Matt Young was out in about an hour. He was really friendly and helpful cleaned our pump and repaired it and left everything really tidy. Thanks so much for such a great service we thought it would be days before it was fixed. Vic has now put the unit in the right place and it looks so much neater. Some of the bits needed replacing too, so I am very pleased to have called you – we had no idea what was going on in there!
